Analysis of the current situation of maternal health care management in Zhujing Community of Jinshan District,Shanghai from 2013 to 2022
Objective:To analyze the situation of development of maternal health care management information system(referred to as the maternal health care system)for maternal health care in Zhujing Community of Jinshan District,Shanghai from 2013 to 2022,and to provide basis for improving the management level of maternal health care.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted to analyze the data related to maternal health care in Zhujing Community from 2013 to 2022.Results:From 2013 to 2022,the indicators of maternal health care management in Zhujing Community were comprehensively improved year by year.The first trimester registration rate,production inspection≥5 times rate and system management rate of pregnant women with household registration in the city were significantly higher than those of non-registered pregnant women in the same period,and the differences of the statistical significance were(93.65%vs 64.34%,98.19%vs 89.45%and 90.73%vs 64.61%,P<0.05).From 2013 to 2022,the quality indicators of maternal health care indicated that the number of high-risk pregnant women increased year by year,and the detection rate increased from 2013(36.97%)to 2022(87.56%);the caesarean section rate fluctuated between 39.13%and 48.74%.Conclusion:The indicators of maternal system management in Zhujing Community have been comprehensively improved year by year,but there are gaps in the levels of maternal health care management in different household registration categories,and early pregnancy care is the main link affecting the management of maternal health care system in Zhujing Community,and pregnancy monitoring should be further strengthened to improve the quality of prenatal and postnatal health care for pregnant women,and protect maternal and child health.
