德尔菲专家会商法(Delphi method)是一种基于专家对某些问题做出独立评价的系统的、互动的定性研究方法.该方法具有函询和信息反馈、独立性、时间空间自由性、分析指标可控性和权威性等优点,近年来在临床研究方案构建、评价指标体系优化等方面得到了广泛应用.本文从德尔菲法概念入手,重点介绍德尔菲法的实施步骤、评价指标体系、具体指标计算方法和应用示例,以期为临床工作者和研究人员应用德尔菲专家会商法开展临床研究的定性分析提供参考.
Application of the Delphi expert conferencing method in qualitative research
Delphi expert conferencing method(Delphi method)is a systematic and interactive qualitative research method based on independent evaluation of certain issues by experts.The method has the advantages of correspondence and information feedback,independence,time and space freedom,controllability of analysis indexes and authority.In recent years,it has been widely used in the construction of clinical research protocols and optimization of evaluation index systems.This paper starts from the concept of Delphi method,and focuses on its implementation steps,evaluation index system,specific index calculation method and application examples,so as to provide reference for clinical workers and researchers to apply Delphi method to carry out qualitative analysis of clinical research.
