Research progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer
Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is the most malignant subtype of breast cancer,which is characterized by large tumor size,high histological grading,high invasiveness and high mortality.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has played an important role in inhibiting the proliferation and metastasis of TNBC cells,reversing chemotherapy resistance,regulating immunity,enhancing efficacy,and alleviating the adverse effects of adjuvant therapy.This article reviews the TCM understanding of TNBC,etiology and pathogenesis,identification and treatment,TCM internal treatment,and TCM external treatment,with a view to providing reference for TCM treatment of TNBC.
