低分子量肝素钙联合寿胎丸加减方治疗早期先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿的临床研究

摘要
目的:探讨低分子量肝素钙联合寿胎丸加减方治疗早期先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿(SCH)的临床疗效及其作用机制.方法:将早期先兆流产合并SCH患者 60 例随机分为对照组和治疗组,各 30 例.对照组采用寿胎丸加减方治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用低分子量肝素钙治疗.比较两组治疗效果、症状缓解时间、血清指标以及药物安全性.结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,各项症状缓解时间短于对照组;血清指标改善情况优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组均未出现明显不良反应.结论:联合疗法效果确切,能够快速缓解患者症状,改善血清指标水平,且安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with Shoutai pill plus or minus prescription in the treatment of early threatened abortion complicated with subchorionic hematoma(SCH).Methods:Sixty cases of the patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group with 30 cases each.Both groups were first treated with Shoutai pill plus or minus prescription and then low molecular weight heparin calcium was additionally given in the treatment group.The therapeutic effect,the time for symptom remission,the serum indexes and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was higher,the time for symptoms remission was shorter,and the improvement of serum indexes was better in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Combination therapy has a definite effect and a high safety profile,can quickly relieve patients'symptoms and improve serum index levels.
