Clinical study of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with Shoutai pill plus or minus prescription in the treatment of early threatened abortion complicated with subchorionic hematoma
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with Shoutai pill plus or minus prescription in the treatment of early threatened abortion complicated with subchorionic hematoma(SCH).Methods:Sixty cases of the patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group with 30 cases each. Both groups were first treated with Shoutai pill plus or minus prescription and then low molecular weight heparin calcium was additionally given in the treatment group. The therapeutic effect, the time for symptom remission, the serum indexes and drug safety were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was higher, the time for symptoms remission was shorter, and the improvement of serum indexes was better in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion:Combination therapy has a definite effect and a high safety profile, can quickly relieve patients'symptoms and improve serum index levels.
