摘要
慢性肾炎蛋白尿是临床常见的一种肾脏病的表现,中医在治疗该病方面具有独特优势.结合现代社会的生活方式,蒋春波教授认为湿热为该病的核心病机,治疗当围绕清利湿热展开,采取祛风解表胜湿、健脾补气化湿、活血利水祛湿、分消三焦湿热等治法.附验案 1则以佐证.
Abstract
Chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria is a common clinical manifestation of kidney disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease.Professor JIANG Chunbo believes that dampness-heat is the core pathogenesis of this disease considering the lifestyle of modern society,thus its treatments should revolve around clearing away dampness-heat.The methods of dispelling wind and removing exterior dampness,strengthening spleen and replenishing gasifying dampness,promoting blood and removing dampness,separating dampness and heat from three jiao were adopted.A case was attached to support this.
