基于中医传承辅助平台探析陈帮明主任治疗慢性肾衰病的用药经验

摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助平台探析陈帮明主任治疗慢性肾衰病的用药经验,旨在更好地指导临床实践.方法:收集整理陈帮明主任 2022 年 1 月—2023 年 3 月于我院门诊为接诊的慢性肾衰病患者所开的 120 首处方.利用"中医传承辅助平台管理系统(V2.5)"软件,挖掘处方中出现的药物频次、药物用药模式、组方规律,并演化出新方组合.结果:处方中使用频次≥50 的药物有 23 味,方剂"组方规律",设定支持度个数为 69,置信度为 0.9,出现频次达 110次及以上的药物组合有 25 组,衍化得到新方 7 首.结论:基于这个系统,可全面、客观地总结陈帮明主任的用药规律,以进一步提高临床疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication experience of CHEN Bangming in the treatment of chronic renal failure disease based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system,aiming to better guide the clinical practice.Methods:One hundred and twenty prescriptions written by CHEN Bangming from January 2022 to March 2023 for patients with chronic renal failure in the outpatient clinic of our hospital were collected and organized.Using the software"traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5)",the frequency and pattern of drug use and formula rules in the prescriptions were mined and new combinations of prescriptions were evolved.Results:There were 23 drugs with a frequency of≥50 in the prescriptions,and the formula rule of the prescriptions was set to 69,the confidence level was 0.9,and there were 25 groups of drug combinations with a frequency of 110 or more,and 7 new prescriptions were derived.Conclusion:Based on this system,the medication rules of Director CHEN Bangming can be comprehensively and objectively summarized to further improve the clinical efficacy.
