摘要
目的:观察粪菌移植(FMT)改善慢性心衰患者免疫调节及心功能的疗效.方法:将 86 例慢性心衰患者随机分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43),对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在其基础上联合FMT治疗.于治疗前后对比 2组心功能、心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、免疫功能水平、炎性因子及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平变化,统计治疗期间不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,观察组LVEDD、LVESD、HR、SBP、DBP、CD8+T、IL-1、IL-6、IL-8 及TNF-α水平低于对照组低,LVEF、CD3+T、CD4+T水平高于对照组(均P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率(6.98%)与对照组(13.95%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:FMT应用于慢性心衰患者的治疗中可有效改善心功能和心衰症状,纠正肠道菌群紊乱并调节机体免疫,安全可靠.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)in improving immunomodulation and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:Eighty-six patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into a control group(n=43)and an observation group(n=43).Both groups were treated with conventional therapy and the observation group was given FMT treatment besides.The changes in cardiac function,heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and the levels of immune function,inflammatory factor and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment was counted.Results:After treatment,the levels of LVEDD,LVESD,HR,SBP,DBP,CD8+T,IL-1,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α were lower and the levels of LVEF,CD3+T,and CD4+T were higher in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.98%)compared with the control group(13.95%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:FMT for the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve the cardiac function and the symptoms of heart failure,correct intestinal flora disorders and regulate the body's immune system,which is safe and reliable.
