摘要
本文基于岗位胜任力概念,结合皮肤病专科临床研究护士的工作要点,探索皮肤病专科临床研究护士岗位胜任力指标体系的实施,提出皮肤病专科临床研究护士岗位胜任力的提升策略,从而为皮肤病专科临床研究护士岗位胜任力的全面培养提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the concept of job competence,this paper combines the key points of the work of clinical research nurses in dermatology,explores the implementation of the index system of job competence of clinical research nurses in dermatology,and puts forward the strategy of improving the job competence of dermatology,so as to provide reference for the comprehensive cultivation of the job competence of dermatological clinical research nurses.
