摘要
黄连素是一种具有显著抑菌作用的重要生物碱.利用柱层析对其合成中缩合/还原反应甲基杂质进行分离,并用核磁氢谱 1H-NMR、碳谱 13C-NMR,二维核磁相关谱 1H-1HCOSY、HSQC、HMBC以及DEPT135 o对分离的甲基杂质进行了结构归属解析.
