目的:优选肺热普清配方中水溶性有效成分的提取工艺.方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法优选提取工艺,以干浸膏得率、羟基红花黄色素A转移率、乙酸乙酯萃取粗品得率为指标,考察加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数3 个因素对提取工艺的影响.结果:优选的最佳工艺为加 12 倍水,提取 3 次,每次 1 h.结论:优选的工艺稳定可靠,有效成分转移率高.
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of water-soluble active ingredients in the formula of Lotse Kunsel.Methods:The yield of dry extract,the transfer rate of hydroxysafflower yellow A and the yield of solid content extracted by ethyl acetate were used as indexes.The effects of water addition ratio,extraction time and extraction times on the extraction process were investigated.L934 orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process.Results:The best process was to add 12 times of water and extract three times for 1 hour each.Conclusion:The optimized process is stable and reliable and the transfer rate of active ingredients is high.
