基于电话随访的社区药师干预2型糖尿病患者的管理效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨由社区药师参与的电话随访干预对 2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者用药依从性及治疗效果的影响.方法:选取上海凌云街道社区卫生服务中心2020年6月-2021年6月收治的T2DM患者119例,按照随机数表法分为观察组(60例)与对照组(59 例).对照组采用常规随访,观察组在对照组的基础上接受药师的电话随访,比较两组患者入组前后的用药依从性、血糖指标以及不良反应发生情况.结果:入组前两组用药依从性、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h FPG)水平无显著差异(P＞0.05),入组6 个月后比较,观察组用药依从性水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),FPG、2 h FPG、糖化血红蛋白水平及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:社区药师参与电话随访可以改善T2DM患者用药依从性、用药疗效及安全性,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of telephone follow-up intervention participated by community pharmacists on drug compliance and treatment effect of type 2 diabetic patients(T2DM).Methods:One hundred and nineteen patients with T2DM admitted to Lingyun Community Health Service Center,Shanghai from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and according to random number table method divided into an observation group with 60 cases and a control group with 59 cases.The control group used routine follow-up,and the observation group received telephone follow-up from pharmacists on the basis of the control group to compare the drug compliance,blood glucose indicators and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups before and after intervention.Results:There was no significant difference in drug compliance,fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2 hours fasting plasma glucose(2 h FPG)levels between the two groups before enrollment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group six months after enrollment,the level of drug compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FPG,2 h FPG,glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion:Community pharmacists participating in telephone follow-up can improve the drug compliance,efficacy and safety of T2DM patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
