摘要
目的:分析高血压患者自我效能影响因素.方法:选取萍乡赣西肿瘤医院 2020 年7月-2022年 4月就诊的128 例高血压患者,其中男性78 例,女性 50 例,年龄 31～72岁,平均年龄(51.26±3.69)岁.用高血压患者自我效能量表评估患者自我效能现状,用多元线性回归分析影响高血压患者自我效能的因素.结果:128 例高血压患者自我效能量表平均得分为(25.71±4.86)分,提示调查对象平均自我效能水平中等.多元线性回归分析检验结果显示,病程＜5 年、文化程度初中及以下、消极应对、家庭关怀度低下、自我照顾认知不足是高血压患者自我效能现状的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论:高血压患者平均自我效能水平中等,病程、文化程度、应对方式、家庭关怀度、自我照顾认知因素是影响高血压患者自我效能的因素,可开展针对性护理,以提高患者自我效能水平.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of self-efficacy in patients with hypertension.Methods:One hundred and twenty-eight hypertensive patients in Ganxi Tumor Hospital,Pingxiang from July 2020 to April 2022 were selected,among them 78 cases were males and 50 cases females,the age was 31～72 years old and the average age was(51.26±3.69)years.The self-efficacy status of the patients was evaluated with the hypertension patient self-efficacy scale,and the influencing factors of self-efficacy of hypertensive patients were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results:The average score of the self-efficacy scale of 128 patients with hypertension was(25.71±4.86),which indicated that the level of self-efficacy was moderate.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of self-efficacy status of hypertension patients were duration of disease<5 years,junior high school education and below,negative coping,low family care,and insufficient self-care cognition(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of self-efficacy of patients with hypertension is moderate,the course of disease,educational level,coping style,family care,and cognitive factors of self-care are the influencing factors in patients with hypertension,and development of targeted nursing can improve the level of self-efficacy of patients.
