Progress of exercise intervention in regulating apoptosis in ischaemic stroke
Apoptosis serves as a significant contributor to neurological damage and limb dysfunction following ischemic stroke.Regulating apoptosis within the ischemic penumbra represents a pivotal therapeutic target for mitigating the sequelae of this condition.Recently,numerous studies have elucidated the positive impact of exercise therapy on modulating apoptosis,leading to its widespread adoption in clinical practice.This article aims to comprehensively review the progress in research pertaining to the exercise-based intervention for apoptosis following ischemic stroke.
