Literature analysis of 233 cases of adverse drug reactions induced by etanercept

目的:分析依那西普所致不良反应的临床表现和特点,为临床安全用药提供参考.方法:检索 1998-2022年中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase数据库中关于依那西普致ADR的个案报道并进行分析.结果:收集个案报道204篇,不良反应最易发生时间为用药1年以上,结节病、系统性红斑狼疮最常见.最常累及皮肤、免疫系统、呼吸系统.多数患者支持治疗后好转,8 例死亡.结论:依那西普相关不良反应发生时间较长,可累及多个器官/系统,多数患者对症治疗后好转/治愈,少数严重不良反应可致患者死亡,应提高警惕,及时监测,积极治疗.
Objective:To explore the general characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)induced by Etanercept,and provide reference for safe use of etanercept.Methods:The articles about etanercept published from 1998 to 2022 in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Web of Science,PubMed,Embase were searched.Results:A total of 204 articles were included with 233 cases.ADR frequently occurred 1 year after treatment.The diseases such as sarcoidosis and systemic lupus erythematosus were most common.Skin,Immune system and respiratory system were often involved.Among them,most patients were improved after supportive care,8 patients died.Conclusion:ADR induced by etanercept take a long time to occur and can involve multiple organs/systems.Most patients are improved after symptomatic treatment,while a few serious ADR can lead to death.Therefore,vigilance,timely monitoring and treatment should be required.
