太赫兹及DNA甲基化在医学领域中的应用进展

太赫兹技术已广泛应用于生物肿瘤医学检测、电子通信、材料研发等领域.太赫兹波具有低电离性、无损伤性和特征频谱(即指纹图谱)等特点,为检测生物大分子的空间构象和相互作用提供了一种新的技术手段.近年来,随着纳米颗粒在太赫兹检测中的逐步应用,对各类烧伤、肿瘤等疾病的检测趋于精确,特别是近年来甲基化技术对DNA的改造,以达到治疗癌症的预期.本文阐述目前国内外太赫兹技术在烧伤和肿瘤检测、甲基化技术改造等方面的应用及展望.
Advance in terahertz and DNA methylation in medicine
Terahertz technology has been widely used in the fields of bio-oncology medical detection,electronic communication,and materials research and development.Terahertz waves have characteristics of low ionisation,non-invasiveness and characteristic spectrum(fingerprint pattern)and provide a new technical means for the detection of spatial conformation and interaction of biomacromolecules.In recent years,with the gradual use of nano-developed particles in terahertz detection,the detection of various types of burns,tumors and other diseases tends to be more accurate;especially in recent years,the methylation technology modifies the DNA in order to achieve the expectation of cancer treatment.This paper elaborates application and outlook of the current domestic and international terahertz technology in burns and tumor detection,methylation technology modification and other aspects.
