摘要
目的:了解华漕社区糖尿病患者的健康素养水平并分析其影响因素,为提升患者的健康自我管理能力和制定相关政策提供依据.方法:于 2023 年 3 月采用分层随机抽样方法选取上海市闵行区华漕社区的糖尿病患者开展问卷调查,问卷内容包括一般资料、糖尿病健康素养量表、社会资本量表和糖尿病管理自我效能量表.结果:559 例糖尿病患者的健康素养平均得分为(2.70±0.73)分,单因素分析结果显示,婚姻状况、学历、月收入、糖尿病病程是对糖尿病患者健康素养水平具有统计学意义的影响因素(P＜0.05),多重线性回归分析结果显示,婚姻状况、学历、月收入、社会参与、自我效能是对糖尿病患者健康素养水平具有统计学意义的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论:影响糖尿病患者健康素养水平的因素较多,应重点关注离婚丧偶、低学历、低收入、社会参与度低、自我效能感低的糖尿病患者.
Abstract
Objective:To understand the health literacy level of diabetes patients in Huacao Community and analyze its influencing factors,so as to improve patients'health self-management ability and provide basis for formulating relevant policies.Methods:In March 2023,the stratified random sampling method was used to select diabetes patients from Huacao Community of Minhang District,Shanghai to conduct a questionnaire survey,whose contents included general information,diabetes health literacy scale,social capital scale and diabetes management self-efficacy scale.Results:The average score of health literacy of 559 patients with diabetes was(2.70±0.73)points.The results of single factor analysis showed that marital status,education background,monthly income and diabetes course were statistically significant influencing factors for the level of health literacy of diabetes patients(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that marital status,education background,monthly income,social participation and self-efficacy were the statistically significant influencing factors for the health literacy level of diabetes patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many factors influencing the health literacy level of diabetes patients,and more attention should be paid to diabetes patients who are divorced and widowed,low education background,low income,low social participation,and low self-efficacy.
