通窍平鼾方治疗小儿腺样体肥大(肺脾气虚证)的疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨通窍平鼾方治疗肺脾气虚型小儿腺样体肥大疗效.方法:将 102 例腺样体肥大(肺脾气虚型)患儿随机分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=51),对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组联合通窍平鼾方治疗.治疗 1个月后,比较 2 组临床疗效、复发率、中医证候积分、腺样体体积积分、血清过敏原特异性IgE(sIgE)、炎症指标及生活质量(OSA-18 评分).结果:观察组治疗后各项中医证候积分、腺样体体积积分、sIgE指标、TNF-a、IL-6 指标、OSA-18 评分、复发率均低于对照组(P＜0.05);IL-10 指标、总有效率均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:通窍平鼾方能够降低腺样体肥大患儿血清sIgE水平,缩小腺样体体积,调节炎症指标水平,改善预后.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Tongjiao Pinghan formula in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children with lung and spleen Qi deficiency type.Methods:One hundred and two children with adenoid hypertrophy(lung and spleen Qi deficiency type)were randomly divided into an observation group(n=51)and a control group(n=51).The control group received conventional Western medical treatment,and the observation group was treated with Tongqiao Pinghan formula.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,TCM symptom score,adenoid volume score,serum allergen-specific IgE(sIgE)level,inflammation index and quality of life(OSA-18 score)were compared between the two groups after 1 month of treatment.Results:The TCM symptom score,adenoid volume score,sIgE index,TNF-a,IL-6 index,OSA-18 score,and recurrence rate were lower and IL-10 index and total effective rate were higher in the observation group than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Pinghan formula can reduce the serum sIgE level and the volume of adenoids in children with adenoid hypertrophy,regulate the level of inflammatory indicators,and improve the prognosis.
