Analysis of risk factors affecting postoperative recurrence of spontaneous pneumothorax and the establishment of nomogram model
Objective:To analyze the risk factors of recurrence of spontaneous pneumothorax after thoracoscopic surgery and construct a nomogram model. Methods:The data from 80 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Univariate and multivariate Logistics regression analysis was performed to screen the independent risk factors for postoperative recurrence, and a nomogram model was established and the clinical efficacy of the model was evaluated by decision curve. Results:The postoperative smoking, frequency of pneumothorax≥2,omission of pulmonary bullae and no pleurodesis were independent risk factors for postoperative recurrence of pneumothorax(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nomogram model based on the risk factors of postoperative recurrence of spontaneous pneumothorax in this study can guide clinical practice to reduce the risk of postoperative recurrence of spontaneous pneumothorax and improve its prognosis.
