抑郁症治疗药物经济学研究进展

摘要
抑郁症是现在最常见的一种心理疾病,治疗抑郁症的药物种类繁多.本文就抑郁症治疗药物的经济学研究进展进行综述,以近 10 年国内外已有相关文献为基础,成本-效果分析结果为主要依据,对不同类别药物内部或药物之间进行药物经济学研究分析.研究总结了不同类别治疗药物的经济性差别,以期为临床医生在选取安全、有效和经济的治疗方案时提供参考.
Abstract
Depression is now the most common psychological disorder,and there are a wide variety of drugs for the treatment of depression.This article reviews the research progress of pharmacoeconomics in the treatment of depression and analyzes the pharmacoeconomic research within or between different classes of drugs based on the relevant literature available at home and abroad in the past decade,with the results of cost-effectiveness analysis as the main basis.The article summarizes the differences in the economics of different classes of therapeutic drugs so as to provide reference for clinicians to select safe,effective and economical therapeutic regimens.
