摘要
目的:考察米力农注射液与3种常用注射液的配伍稳定性.方法:将米力农注射液分别与0.9%氯化钠注射液、0.45%氯化钠注射液和 5%葡萄糖注射液进行配伍,置于室温 0、8、24 和 48 h时考察制备液的性状、pH、可见异物、不溶性微粒,采用高效液相色谱法测定制备液中有关物质及米力农含量.结果:在上述条件下,性状、pH、可见异物、不溶性微粒,有关物质、含量均无明显变化.结论:米力农注射液与上述 3种注射液配伍后的溶液在 48 h内安全、稳定.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the compatibility stability of milrinone injection with three commonly used injections.Methods:The milrinone injection was mixed with 0.9%sodium chloride injection,0.45%sodium chloride injection or 5%glucose injection,respectively and their appearance,pH,the visible and sub-visible particles in the prepared solutions were observed after they were kept at room temperature for 0,8,24 and 48 h.The related substances and the contents of milrinone in the prepared solutions were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:Under the above-mentioned conditions,appearance,pH,the visible and sub-visible particles,the related substances and the milrinone contents showed no significant change.Conclusion:The milrinone injection being mixed with three common injections above-mentioned is stable and safe within 48 hours kept at room temperature.
