Analysis of influencing factors related to coronary collateral circulation generation in patients with chronic total occlusion
Objective:To analyze the status of coronary collateral circulation(CCC)generation in patients with chronic total occlusion(CTO)and the relevant influencing factors of CCC generation. Methods:The clinical data from 110 CTO patients were retrospectively analyzed and the patients were divided into a no-CCC generation group and a CCC generation group. The general data of the two groups were recorded, and the influencing factors affecting CCC generation in CTO patients were analyzed by logistic regression. Results:There were 29 cases without CCC generation and 81 cases with CCC generation in 110 patients. The proportion of patients with smoking history and complicated by diabetes mellitus and the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)were higher, and the level of free triiodothyronine(FT3)was lower in the no-CCC generation group than the CCC generation group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that a history of smoking, complicated by diabetes, the levels of CRP and TSH were risk factors for CCC generation in CTO patients(OR>1,P<0.05);FT3 levels were protective factors for CCC generation in CTO patients(OR<1,P<0.05).Conclusion:The status of CCC generation in CTO patients is affected by smoking and diabetes history and CRP,TSH and FY3 levels, and it is suggested that corresponding interventions should be taken before treatment to provide favorable conditions for postoperative CCC generation.
