Construction of job competence evaluation indicators for community hospice nursing full-time nurses based on Delphi method
Objective:To preliminarily construct job competency evaluation indicators for full-time nurses in hospice care based on Delphi method.Methods:From September to December 2022,15 senior experts and administrators from medical institutions in Shanghai were invited to participate in expert consultation.The distribution and effective recovery of 15 questionnaires in both rounds of consultation were achieved,with an effective recovery rate of 100.0%.Results:The authority level of 15 consulting experts in both rounds of consultation was 0.87,with a familiarity level of 0.92 and a judgment basis of 0.85.The Kendall coordination coefficient in the first round was 0.327(P<0.05),and that in the second round was 0.545(P<0.05),which indicated that after two rounds of consultation,the consensus of experts on the importance ranking of all indicators was improved.According to the criteria for selecting indicators,a competency indicator system for the position of full-time nurses in hospice care was ultimately constructed,consisting of 6 first level indicators and 28 second level indicators.Conclusion:This study constructed a competency evaluation indicator system for community hospice nursing full-time nurses through expert consultation methods,providing a reference for establishing reasonable evaluation standards for hospice nursing service personnel.
