Study on the application of the nursing team combined with the blood heater in patients with pernicious placenta previa undergoing cesarean section
Objective:To explore the application value of the nursing team combined with the blood heater in patients with pernicious placenta previa(PPP)undergoing cesarean section.Methods:Eighty-two PPP patients admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 41 cases each by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care;the observation group received nursing care with the nursing team combined with the blood heater. The perioperative related indexes, temperature changes, nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The operation time(59.20±4.46)min and hospitalization time(6.02±1.27)d in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(68.42±5.13)min and(7.85±1.34)d;the intraoperative bleeding volume(448.38±24.73)mL in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(472.63±29.52)mL;the postoperative temperature(36.61±0.14)℃ and nursing satisfaction were 95.12%in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(36.31±0.12)℃ and 78.05%,respectively;the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than that in the control group(19.51%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing team combined with the blood heater can effectively promote the successful implementation of cesarean section for PPP patients, and has the advantages of less intraoperative bleeding, fewer complications, and less temperature fluctuations, which can promote patients to leave hospital as soon as possible, and the nursing satisfaction is high.
