Analysis of social participation and influencing factors of patients with mental disorders
Objective:To analyze the social participation and influencing factors of patients with mental disorders in Zhangyan Community of Jinshan District,Shanghai,and to provide basis for the health management of community family doctors.Methods:The questionnaire survey was conducted in the patients with mental disorders at home in Zhangyan Community of Jinshan District,Shanghai,and valid questionnaires were collected 247 copies.Among the survey subjects,there were 110 males and 137 females.The social participation and influencing factors of patients with mental disorders were analyzed.Results:The social participation rate of 247 patients with mental disorders was 56.28%,Logistic regression analysis showed that the financial resources(OR=1.976,95%CI:1.054-3.705),self-care that could be completed by themselves(OR=2.381,95%CI:1.577-3.595),and focus on rehabilitation sports or health care(OR=2.813,95%CI:1.451-5.454)were promoting factors,male(OR=0.507,95%CI:0.278-0.924),and emotional depression(OR=0.488,95%CI:0.265-0.897)were the hindering factors.Conclusion:The family doctor service team to provide continuous personalized management services for patients with mental disorders should be explored to improve the sense of social participation of patients with mental disorders,and improve their social functions.
