Clinical efficacy and safety study of Qingre Liangxue decoction combined with encircling needling in the treatment of psoriasis
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of Qingre Liangxue decoction combined with encircling needling in the treatment of patients with psoriasis.Methods:Eighty-six patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 43 cases each.The control group was treated with a single Qingre Liangxue decoction,while the observation group was additionally treated with encircling needling,and the various indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the treatment effectiveness rate was higher,the four-item itch scale,dermatologic quality of life index,psoriasis area and severity index,and Chinese medicine syndrome score,transforming growth factor-b,tumor necrosis factor-a,interleukin-23 and interleukin-17 levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were all lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,the combination of Qingre Liangxue decoction and encircling needling for the treatment of psoriasis patients can reduce the inflammatory response of the body,improve symptoms and treatment effectiveness and has high safety and low incidence of adverse reactions.
