目的:探究铁蛋白在儿童病毒性肝炎中的表达水平及与临床指标的相关性.方法:将病毒性肝炎患儿 80例作为肝炎组,体检的健康志愿者 80 例作为对照组.检测血清中铁蛋白含量、乙型肝炎病毒DNA(HBV DNA)载量、肝功能指标[丙氨酸转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate transaminase,AST)、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBil)和白蛋白(albumin,Alb)],分析铁蛋白和临床指标相关性.结果:肝炎组HBV DNA载量为(5.26±1.07)lgIU/mL,为中载量.和对照组相比,肝炎组患者血清中铁蛋白含量、ALT、AST、TBil水平均明显升高,Alb水平明显降低(均P＜0.05).Pearson相关性分析显示,血清中铁蛋白和ALT、AST、TBil、Alb及病毒载量呈正相关.结论:铁蛋白在儿童病毒性肝炎中呈高表达,其表达水平和肝功能呈正相关,铁蛋白可作为儿童病毒性肝炎病情严重程度的监测指标.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression level of ferritin in children with viral hepatitis and its correlation with clinical indicators.Methods:Eighty cases of children with viral hepatitis were selected as a hepatitis group,and 80 cases of healthy volunteers were taken as a control group.Serum ferritin content,hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV DNA)load,and liver function indexes(ALT,AST,TBil and Alb)in serum were determined to analyze the correlation between ferritin level and clinical indexes.Results:The HBV DNA load in the hepatitis group was(5.26±1.07)lgIU/mL,which belonged to a moderate load.Compared with the control group,serum ferritin content,ALT,AST,TBil levels were significantly higher and Alb levels were significantly lower in the hepatitis group than the control group(all P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that serum ferritin content was positively correlated with ALT,AST,TBil,Alb levels and viral load.Conclusion:Ferritin is highly expressed in childhood viral hepatitis,and its expression level is positively correlated with liver function,and ferritin content can be used as an indicator of the severity of viral hepatitis in children.
