Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death for human health,which is the top death cause for the mortality for the residents in urban rural areas in our country,and the prevalence rate of cardiovascular disease is still at the stage of rising.In 2020,the American Heart Association(AHA)put forward the concept of cardiovascular health and ideal cardiovascular health indicators.This paper discusses the risk factors of cardiovascular health,ideal cardiovascular health indicators,evaluation and management of cardiovascular health.
