摘要
目的:探讨上海市杨浦区医学影像诊断云平台在社区的应用效果及其影响因素,为进一步推进远程医疗服务提供参考.方法:采用简单随机抽样方法选取于 2023 年 2-8 月期间在杨浦区延吉社区卫生服务中心放射科接受检查的 220 例患者作为调查对象开展问卷调查,问卷内容包括患者一般资料、医学影像诊断云平台使用意愿及使用满意度评价.结果:212 例患者中,愿意继续使用医学影像诊断云平台的 183 例(86.3%),不愿意的 29 例(13.7%),患者对就诊便捷性的满意率最高(92.5%),对病史记录的满意率最低(58.0%).Logistic回归分析结果显示,学历、软硬件设施满意度、报告质量满意度、报告时限满意度、服务态度满意度和就诊便捷性满意度是对患者医学影像诊断云平台使用意愿具有统计学意义的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论:建议通过优化区域医学影像诊断云平台软硬件设施、提升远程医务人员业务水平、改善服务态度和优化服务流程等措施进一步提升患者的医学影像诊断云平台使用意愿.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect and the influencing factors of medical image diagnostic cloud platform in Yangpu District of Shanghai,and provide reference to promote the remote medical services further.Methods:The simple random sampling method was used to select 220 patients who received examination in Radiology Department of Yanji Community Health Service Center of Yangpu District of Shanghai from Feb.to August 2023 as the investigation objects,and the questionnaire contents included general information,their willingness to use medical image diagnostic cloud platform and the satisfaction evaluation.Results:Among 212 patients,183 cases(86.32%)were willing to continue using medical image diagnostic cloud platform,29 cases(13.7%)were unwilling to use it,the patients'satisfaction with convenience of medical treatment was the highest(92.5%),and satisfaction with medical history was the lowest(58.0%).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that educational level,satisfaction with hardware and software facilities,reporting quality,reporting time,service attitude and convenience of medical treatment were the factors influencing the willingness to use medical image diagnostic cloud platform(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested to optimize hardware and software facilities of the medical image diagnostic cloud platform in the region,improve medical level and service attitude and service process of remote physicians,so as to enhance the patients'willingness to use medical image diagnostic cloud platform.
