Study on the effect of Bailing capsule on asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap based on inflammatory factors and Th17 and Treg
Objective:To explore the effect of Bailing capsule on asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap(ACO)based on inflammatory factors and peripheral blood helper T cell 17(Th17)and regulatory T cells(Treg). Methods:Sixty patients with ACO were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30).The control group was given budesonide formoterol powder inhalation and tiotropium bromide powder aerosol, and the observation group was additionally given Bailing capsule on this basis, and the treatment was lasted for 6 months. The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was observed, and the lung function,6-min walk test(6MWT),life situation(St.George's respiratory questionnaire,SGRQ),inflammatory factor level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(93.33%vs 73.33%).The FEV1/FVC,FEV1%pred,6MWT distance and the proportion of Treg cells increased, the SGRQ score, the level of inflammatory factors and the proportion of Th17 cells decreased in the observation group after treatment, which were all better than that of the control group(all P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bailing capsule is effective in the treatment of ACO,can improve symptoms and lung function and has good safety.
