摘要

目的:分析不同内收策略对青少年上颌切牙正畸中牙槽骨形态变化的影响.方法:将青少年正畸内收上切牙患者 100 例(100 颗牙)依据内收方式分为倾斜内收组和控根内收组,各 50 例(50 颗牙).统计分析 2 组上颌切牙内收情况、牙槽骨变化、骨密度变化.结果:倾斜内收组患者的IE-MP、LAI-PP变化值和L2、L3、P3、T3 变化量均大于控根内收组,RA-MP变化值和L1、P1、P2、T1、T2 变化量均小于控根内收组(P<0.05).结论:倾斜内收方式下腭侧牙槽嵴区、唇侧根尖区和控根内收方式下腭侧牙根部均为青少年正畸内收上切牙牙槽骨吸收的高风险区.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the effects of different internal retraction strategies on the morphological changes of the alveolar bone in the orthodontic treatment of maxillary incisors in adolescents.Methods:One hundred patients(100 teeth)with maxillary incisors in adolescent orthodontics were divided into a tilted retraction group and a root-controlled retraction group with 50 cases(50 teeth)each according to a retraction method.The retraction of maxillary incisors and the changes of alveolar bone and bone density in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The change values of IE-MP and LAI-PP and the changes of L2,L3,P3,and T3 were greater and the change value of RA-MP and the changes of L1,P1,P2,T1,and T2 were smaller in the tilted internal group than the root-controlled internal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The palatal alveolar ridge area and the labial apical area under the tilted inward approach and the palatal root area under the root-controlled inward approach are high-risk areas for alveolar bone resorption of orthodontically inwardly retracted upper incisors in adolescents.
