摘要
目的:分析超声引导下经皮高位颈内静脉穿刺置管术对患者穿刺成功率的影响.方法:将 126例接受高位颈内静脉穿刺置管术的患者随机分为对照组(n=63)与观察组(n=63).对照组主要借助操作者经验,基于患者体表解剖标志进行颈内静脉穿刺;观察组行超声引导下颈内静脉穿刺置管术.比对 2 组穿刺置管操作各指标、穿刺后并发症发生情况和生活质量.结果:观察组穿刺置管时间长于对照组,置管次数少于对照组,首次穿刺成功率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(均P<0.05);2组的总穿刺成功率比较,差异无统计学意义.结论:超声引导下经皮高位颈内静脉穿刺置管术可简化穿刺流程,缩短穿刺时间,首次穿刺成功率高,具有较好的安全性.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous high position internal jugular vein catheterization on the success rate of puncture in patients.Methods:One hundred and twenty-six patients who underwent high position internal jugular vein catheterization were randomly divided into a control group(n=63)and an observation group(n=63).The operator's experience was relied on to perform internal jugular vein puncture based on the anatomical landmarks on the patient's body surface in the control group,while ultrasound-guided percutaneous internal jugular vein catheterization was performed in the observation group.The indicators related to puncture and tube placement,the incidence of post-puncture complications and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The time for puncture and cannulation was longer,the number of cannulation was less,the success rate of the first puncture was higher,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group and the score of the quality of life was higher in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total success rate of puncture and cannulation between the two groups.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided percutaneous high position internal jugular vein catheterization can simplify the puncture process,shorten the puncture time and have a high success rate of first puncture and good safety.
