摘要
临床药师参与 1例复杂性腹腔感染患儿的抗感染治疗全过程,协助临床医师制定和调整治疗方案,对替加环素治疗进行血药浓度监测并提出了个体化给药建议和予以药学监护,保证了患儿药物治疗的安全性和有效性,结果患儿病情好转,临床药师的价值得到充分体现.
Abstract
A clinical pharmacist participated in the whole process of anti-infective treatment of a child with complicated intra-abdominal infection,assisted clinicians in formulating and adjusting treatment plans,monitored blood concentrations of tigecycline,provided personalized dosing recommendations and conducted pharmaceutical care,thus the safety and efficacy of medication were ensured.As a result,the child's condition was improved and the value of the clinical pharmacist was fully reflected.
