Investigation on the status quo and influencing factors of cognitive function of the elderly in Guangzhonglu Community,Shanghai
Objective:To analyze the prevalence and influencing factors of mild cognitive impairment among the elderly in Guangzhongulu Community,Hongkou District,Shanghai.Methods:The stratified random sampling method was used to select the elderly who participated in the health examination of Guangzhongulu Community,Hongkou District,Shanghai from April to July 2024 as the survey objects to conduct a questionnaire survey.The main contents of the questionnaire included demographic characteristics,lifestyle,disease status and social relations of the elderly.Results:Among 2 458 elderly people,786 were diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment,with a prevalence of 32.0%.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that age,education background,residence status,tea drinking status,physical exercise status,hypertension status and stroke status were statistically significant factors affecting the prevalence of mild cognitive impairment in the elderly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention measures for the elderly population with mild cognitive impairment is a systematic project,which needs the joint efforts and cooperation of the government,society,family and other aspects.
