摘要
目的:分析上海市虹口区广中路街道老年人轻度认知功能障碍患病状况及其影响因素.方法:采用分层随机抽样方法选取于 2024 年 4-7 月参加上海市虹口区广中路街道健康检查的老年人作为调查对象开展问卷调查,问卷主要内容包括老年人的人口学特征、生活方式、疾病患病状况与社会关系.结果:2 458 名老年人中,确诊为轻度认知功能障碍的老年人有 786 名,患病率为 32.0%.二分类Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、学历、居住状况、饮茶状况、体育锻炼状况、高血压患病状况、脑卒中患病状况是对老年人轻度认知功能障碍患病率有统计学意义的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论:轻度认知功能障碍老年人群的干预措施是一项系统工程,需要政府、社会、家庭等多方面的共同努力与配合.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the prevalence and influencing factors of mild cognitive impairment among the elderly in Guangzhongulu Community,Hongkou District,Shanghai.Methods:The stratified random sampling method was used to select the elderly who participated in the health examination of Guangzhongulu Community,Hongkou District,Shanghai from April to July 2024 as the survey objects to conduct a questionnaire survey.The main contents of the questionnaire included demographic characteristics,lifestyle,disease status and social relations of the elderly.Results:Among 2 458 elderly people,786 were diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment,with a prevalence of 32.0%.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that age,education background,residence status,tea drinking status,physical exercise status,hypertension status and stroke status were statistically significant factors affecting the prevalence of mild cognitive impairment in the elderly(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The intervention measures for the elderly population with mild cognitive impairment is a systematic project,which needs the joint efforts and cooperation of the government,society,family and other aspects.
