超级电容器因其具有高功率密度、快速充放电性能、超长的循环寿命的优点被广泛应用.过渡金属磷化物(TMPs)和层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs)作为电极材料,具有大比表面积和良好的电化学活性等优点,但TMPs的倍率性能和LDHs导电性较差.将TMPs和LDHs复合形成异质结构来实现二者的协同效应,从而能够提高电容器的功率密度和循环寿命.综述了 TMPs、LDHs及其构建的异质结电极材料的制备方法,与其在超级电容器方面的应用,并展望了其今后的研究发展方向和未来的应用前景.
The wide application of supercapacitors is due to their high power density,fast charging and discharging performance,and ultra-long cycle life.As electrode materials,transition metal phosphides(TMPs)and layered double metal hydroxides(LDHs)have numerous advantages,such as large specific surface area and good electrochemical activity.However,the magnification performance of TMPs and the conductivity of LDHs are poor due to the inherent properties of the materials.The synergistic effect between TMPs and LDHs can be achieved by combining them to form a heterostructure,thereby improving the power density and cycle life of capacitors.The preparation methods of TMPs,LDHs and their heterojunction electrode materials,as well as their applications in supercapacitors were reviewed.The future research directions and application prospects were discussed.
