新疆喀什地区农村维吾尔族妇女的超重和肥胖及其与血脂的相关性

摘要
新疆喀什地区农村的资源匮乏,贫穷落后,迄今未见有关维吾尔族人群肥胖及其与脂代谢关系的研究报告.本研究首次在喀什地区农村对1452名已婚妇女(21～60岁)进行了人口信息调查,检测了体重指数(BMI)和血液脂类生化指标,并分析了BMI与血脂水平的相关性.结果表明:喀什地区维族妇女的超重率为29.1％,肥胖率达15.3％,远高于我国女性平均超重率(22.8％)和肥胖率(7.1％).随着BMI增高,血总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白均呈线性上升趋势(P＜0.01)；而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇相反,呈下降趋势(P＜0.05).BMI与年龄无线性相关(P=0.09).本研究首次揭示喀什农村维族妇女超重率和肥胖率均高于全国平均水平.BMI是高血脂的危险因素,也与心脑血管疾病发病有关.
Abstract
There are not research reports specific to overweight and obesity and their relationship with blood lipids in rural Uyghur population.We first investigated body mass index(BMI) and blood lipid levels,and collected demographic information in a random sample of 1452 low-income rural Uyghur women(21 ～ 60 year-olds)in Kashgar,Xinjiang.Based on BMI definitions,we found surprisingly excess individuals overweight (29.1 ％) and obese (15.3 ％) among these low-income women,much higher than the national averages of overweight (22.8 ％) and obesity (7.1 ％),respectively.Further,BMI was found to have positive linear correlations with levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG)and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)(P＜0.01),but a negative linear correlation with high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) (P＜0.05).This is the first report that overweight and obesity are common in rural Uyghur women.In terms of local Uyghur population,these findings may provide important implications for future epidemiologic investigations and may also have impacts on local public health policies.
