动物源粪肠球菌快速鉴定方法的建立

Establishment a Rapid Identification Method of Enterococcus faecalis from Different Animal Source

为了快速、准确鉴定动物源粪肠球菌,本研究采集猪、牛、羊、鸡和马等不同动物源的粪样194份,接种到链球菌选择培养中进行分离和纯化,采用PCR方法扩增分离株中的tuf基因,采用常规微生物学方法检测其生理生化和培养特性.结果表明,194份粪样中分离到285株肠球菌,其中200株为粪肠球菌.该程序可在60h内完成,为快速准确的鉴定粪肠球菌提供了一种可参考的方法和程序.
To accurate and quickly identify the Enterococcus faecalis.194 fecal samples from pig,catlle,sheep, chicken and horse was collected.The Streptococcus selective medium were used for preliminary screening, and the tuf gene PCR method was used to identificate the Enterococcus.Combined with the physiological and biochemical characteristics of isolates and culture characteristic,the species was identificated.Results show that the isolated 285 strains of Enterococcus from 194 fecal samples,in which of 200 strains were Enterococcus faecalis.The test procedure could be completed in 60 h.it is provided a method and procedure for rapid and accurate identification of Enterococcus faecalis.
