Orthogonal experimental study on working and mechanical properties of sprayed desert sand concrete
In order to prepare sprayed desert sand concrete, orthogonal tests were conducted to investigate the effects of water binder ratio, sand rate, fly ash replacing rate, desert sand replacing rate, and unit water consumption on the working and mechanical properties of sprayed desert sand concrete, propose the optimal mixing ratio and strength prediction model. The results show that the order of factors affecting the significance of work performance is water binder ratio, desert sand replacing rate, unit water consumption, sand rate, fly ash replacing rate, respectively. The order of factors affecting the significance of 28 d compressive strength is water cement ratio, desert sand replacing rate, fly ash replacing rate, unit water consumption sand rate, respectively. The optimal mix ratio for sprayed desert sand concrete is water-cement ratio of 0.43,desert sand replacing rate of 30%,fly ash replacing rate of 20%,sand rate of 50%,water reducer dosage of 2%,and unit water consumption 180 kg·m-3,respectively.The proposed model for predicting the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of sprayed desert sand concrete has high accuracy. The research can provide a reference for the application of sprayed desert sand concrete.
