Knowledge map analysis of studies on Zhuang brocade and Dong brocade based on CiteSpace
The Zhuang and Dong ethnic groups are mainly distributed in regions such as Guizhou,Guangxi,and Hunan.The distribution areas fall within the framework of China's 21st Century Maritime Silk Road,and the China-South Asia Economic Corridor(one of the six major corridors under the Belt and Road Initiative).The Zhuang brocade and Dong brocade are listed in the special needs category of minority ethnic groups and the national intangible cultural heritage protection list.With multiple identities,they serve as an important cultural symbol reflecting the characteristics and diversity of minority ethnic groups.Currently,there are few comprehensive research articles in academia on brocade,and most of them are longitudinal reviews focused on specific brocade categories,lacking horizontal comparisons.It is challenging to grasp the overall development and research focus of Zhuang brocade and Dong brocade.Systematical reviewing research outcomes on Zhuang brocade and Dong brocade can contribute to further advancing both practical and theoretical research in this field.By utilizing CiteSpace software,a knowledge map was created based on 706 valid articles from the journal database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).Visual analysis was conducted on the pattern,high-level research institutions,core authors,and dynamic hotspots of domestic research on Zhuang brocade and Dong brocade,aiming to identify commonalities and differences.The research methods mainly include bibliometric analysis,visual analysis,co-occurrence analysis,and others.Three major conclusions were drawn.First,the research cooperation network of high-level research institutions is relatively weak,and a trend has not been formed for interdisciplinary collaborative research,which is in need of strengthening.Second,most thematic studies focus on the patterns,aesthetics,and artistic presentation of Zhuang brocade and Dong brocade,with researchers often adopting a relatively single and repetitive perspective.The research angles on Zhuang brocade and Dong brocade can be more diversified.Third,the academic community has a slow response to current events,and improvement is needed for research foresight.The academic community should not only possess the ability to organize,preserve,study,and develop Zhuang brocade and Dong brocade,but also have the awareness to respond quickly to current issues and propose strategic suggestions in an organized and timely manner when facing new challenges.This article systematically collects,organizes and summarizes relevant literature on Zhuang brocade and Dong brocade from CNKI and conducts comparative research on Zhuang brocade and Dong brocade horizontally through knowledge map analysis.This not only contributes to the overall and intuitive presentation of research outcomes on Zhuang brocade and Dong brocade,but also serves as a beneficial supplement to the field of ethnic brocade research.
