摘要
针对公路桥下穿铁路桥带来的公路长期安全运营防护问题,在现有防护棚施工技术分析的基础上,考虑交叉、穿越工程中高空坠落物带来的安全隐患特征,设计了一种装配式钢结构防护棚,详细介绍该防护棚基座、立柱、梁部、顶部、加强措施、安全警示标志的设计方案,然后从施工计划、施工控制要点、施工安全措施三个方面阐述了装配式防护棚的施工要求,在此基础上,提出了防护棚顶面排水系统实施方案,总结了装配式钢结构防护棚的技术特点,从而形成了一套经济、高效的路桥交叉、穿越工程中可长期使用的装配式防护棚施工技术及安全控制方法,可有效避免公路桥下穿铁路桥引起的交通安全事故,对类似交叉、穿越工程的安全防护起到了有效的参考作用,可广泛推广应用.
Abstract
In view of the long-term safe operation protection problem of the highway caused by the highway bridge crossing the railway bridge,based on the analysis of the existing construc-tion technology of the protective shed,and considering the char-acteristics of the safety hazards caused by falling objects from high altitude in the crossing projects,a fabricated steel structure protective shed is designed.The design scheme of the base,col-umn,beam,top,reinforcement measures and safety warning signs of the protective shed are introduced in detail,and then the con-struction requirements of the prefabricated protective shed are ex-pounded from three aspects:construction plan,construction con-trol points and construction safety measures.On this basis,the implementation scheme of the drainage system on the top surface of the protective shed is proposed,and the technical characteris-tics of the prefabricated steel structure protective shed are sum-marized,thus forming a set of economical and efficient prefabri-cated protective shed construction technology and safety control methods that can be used for a long time in road bridge crossing and crossing projects,which can effectively avoid traffic safety accidents caused by highway bridges crossing railway bridges.The safety protection of crossing engineering has played an effec-tive reference role and can be widely applied.It is an effective reference for the safety protection of similar crossing and crossing projects and can be widely applied.
