陶粒轻型高钛渣混凝土叠合板是一种利用工业固体废弃物、陶粒轻型骨料作混凝土原材料,内含钢筋桁架的新型装配式叠合板,因其性能优异、低碳环保而被逐渐应用于实际工程建设.系统梳理了陶粒轻型高钛渣混凝土叠合板在实际应用方面的进展,阐述该新型叠合板的原料来源、物理性能、力学性能、施工工艺、在混凝土中的利用方式以及配比设计等,对现阶段研究中存在的不足提出了相应的建议.
Research progress of ceramisite lightweight high titanium slag concrete composite board
Ceramite lightweight high-titanium slag concrete com-posite board is a new type of prefabricated composite board,which uses industrial solid waste and ceramite lightweight aggre-gate as concrete raw materials and contains steel truss,and is gradually used in practical engineering construction because of its excellent performance,low carbon and environmental protec-tion.This paper systematically reviews the research and applica-tion progress of ceramic lightweight high-titanium slag concrete composite board,introduces the research progress of the new composite board in raw material source,physical properties,utili-zation mode in concrete,ratio design,mechanical properties,con-struction technology,etc.,and puts forward corresponding sug-gestions for the shortcomings in the current research.
