Application of GEP waste slurry cemented pile composite foundation in soft soil foundation remediation
Soft soil foundation reinforcement has always been a key requirement in engineering construction. At the same time,in response to the problems of insufficient bearing capacity and un-even quality of traditional cement soil mixing piles, this study proposes a new type of reinforcement prestressed(GEP)waste slurry cemented pile technology, which solidifies the flowing waste slurry and injects it into the ground to form GEP waste slurry cemented piles. The aim is to solve the problem of soft soil foundation remediation, improve the quality of the pile body, and enhance the bearing capacity and stability of the soft soil founda-tion.Through indoor and on-site engineering tests, the design scheme of GEP piles was studied and determined, and numerical simulations of the composite foundation were conducted using COMSOL software to evaluate its bearing capacity and settlement characteristics. The results showed that GEP waste solidified piles exhibited better bearing capacity and settlement control a-bility than traditional cement soil piles under different loads, with a maximum settlement reduction of 16.87%.In addition,GEP technology significantly improves the stiffness and bearing capac-ity of piles through the circumferential constraint of geogrids. The research results indicate that GEP waste slurry cemented pile technology has good application prospects and provides effective solutions for soft soil foundation reinforcement and waste slurry resource utilization.
