Construction technology of formwork support erection in the upper and lower overlapping area of the duplex structure
In engineering practice,the construction of the duplex structure generally involves the working conditions of beam and slab formwork support and concrete pouring in some upper and lower overlapping areas.Under this condition,the traditional con-struction technology of cast-in-place reinforced concrete beam and slab is often difficult to take into account both technical and economic aspects.Based on the engineering example of the com-mercial complex project of Qingyang Financial Center,this paper applies a constraint component,which provides a stable force transmission route for the formwork erection and ensures the safety of the local two-layer formwork erection and use.A rela-tively simple mechanism is used to realize the simultaneous pou-ring of concrete in the upper and lower overlapping areas.It not only meets the safety and quality requirements of the project,but also takes into account the needs of project progress and cost control.
