Research on fined management of construction cost based on BIM technology
There has been a long-term cost deviation in the field of construction cost management of construction projects in Chi-na,which seriously affects the investment efficiency of projects.Refined management helps to improve the ability of project cost control.This paper takes the realization of refined project cost management as the goal,makes full use of the accuracy,timeli-ness,visibility and collaboration of the information provided by BIM technology,and analyzes the key points of engineering cost management at each stage of the whole process of construction projects.The research of this paper discusses the value of fine management to the cost control of construction projects,puts for-ward a theoretical basis for the realization of refined management of construction project costs,and puts forward new ideas for the cost management of projects at various stages.
