试验旨在研究新型猪用植物提取物饲料添加剂对断奶仔猪生产性能及血液生化指标的影响,并对其作用机制进行初步探讨.试验选择来源相同、健康状况良好的28日龄断奶仔猪100头,随机分为2个处理组,对照组饲喂基础日粮+抗生素,试验组饲喂基础日粮+500 g/t新型猪用植物提取物饲料添加剂,基础日粮不含抗生素.每组5个重复,每重复10头猪.结果表明:在仔猪日粮中添加500 g/t新型猪用植物提取物饲料添加剂,可显著降低仔猪腹泻率,提高日均采食量和日均增重,促进仔猪的生长发育,降低料肉比(P<0.05);试验前后,试验组血清白蛋白的含量差异显著(P<0.05),总蛋白含量差异极显著(P<0.01),对照组试验前后差异不明显(P>0.05),试验组相比对照组可以显著提高白蛋白和总蛋白含量;试验前后,试验组IL-2差异极显著(P<0.01),IL-6差异显著(P<0.05),而对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),表明试验组相比对照组可以显著促进断奶仔猪免疫器官的发育,增强免疫力.综上所述,新型猪用植物提取物饲料添加剂作为抗病促生长的中药添加剂产品,可以取代猪饲料中抗生素的使用.
Effect of novel swine plant extracts feed additive on the production performance and blood biochemical parameters of weaning piglet
This test was designed to study the effect of novel swine plant extracts feed additive on the production performance and blood biochemical parameters of weaning piglets,and preliminarily explored its mechanism.In this test,100 healthy weaning piglets from the same source,similar weight[(8± 0.53) kg] and age (28 days old) were selected and randomly divided into two treatment groups:the control group (basal diet + antibiotics) and the test group (basal diet + Imuty 500 g/t),each group was divided into five repeats,which has 10 weaning piglets,half male and half female.The results showed that adding Imuty 500 g/t could significantly reduce diarrhea rates,increase average daily feed intake and average daily weight gain,promote the growth of piglets,lower the feed meat ratio (P<0.05).In the test group,albumin and total protein content was significant difference (P<0.05 and P<0.01) after the experiment,however the control group was not significantly different (P>0.05); Comparing with control group,the test groups could significantly improve the level of albumin and total protein.IL-2 and IL-6 content in the test group was also significantly different(P<0.01 and P<0.05),while the control group was not significantly different(P>0.05).Comparing with the test group,control group could significantly boost the immune organ development,and enhance immunity.In summary,the novel plant extracts could improve disease resistance,promote growth,which can be used to replace the antibiotics in pig farms.
