断奶仔猪营养减排技术研究进展

过量排放对环境的污染严重制约着养殖业的可持续发展.断奶仔猪养殖过程中的污染物排放有其特点,一方面,早期断奶仔猪的消化系统未发育完全,氮、磷等营养物质利用率低;另一方面,为了促进生长和预防腹泻等疾病,断奶仔猪生长过程中通常使用高铜、高锌以及大量的抗生素等,使氮、磷、铜、锌和抗生素成为断奶仔猪生产的主要污染物.文章综述断奶仔猪氮、磷、铜、锌和抗生素的营养减排技术研究进展,探讨其可行性.
The pollution of excessive emissions to the environment severely restricts the sustainable development of the breeding industry.Pollutants discharged in weaned piglets production have its characteristics.On one hand,the bioavailability of nitrogen and phosphorus is low,resulting from the immature digestion and absorption system.On the other hand,to promote growth and prevent disease like diarrhea,high copper,zinc and lots of antibiotics are used,making nitrogen,phosphorus,copper,zinc and antibiotics the key pollutant in the production.This paper reviews nutrition technologies reducing these pollutants to investigate the possibility.
