豆粕提取物对肉仔鸡养分表观代谢率及消化酶活性的影响

摘要
文章旨在探讨日粮中添加不同水平豆粕提取物对肉仔鸡养分表观代谢率及肠道消化酶活性的影响.将600只1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分成5个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复30只;在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中分别添加0(对照)、250、500、750、1 000 mg/kg 5个水平的豆粕提取复合物.试验结果表明:日粮中添加500、750、1 000 mg/kg豆粕提取物可提高肉仔鸡粗蛋白表观代谢率(P<0.05)和α-淀粉酶活性(P<0.01)、脂肪酶活性(P<0.05)及总蛋白水解酶活性(P<0.05);500 mg/kg组可显著提高粗脂肪表观代谢率(P<0.05);当添加量达到1 000 mg/kg时,上述各项指标均表现不同程度下降的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05).综合考虑各研究因素影响,建议在玉米-豆粕型肉仔鸡日粮中豆粕复合提取物的适宜添加水平为500~750 mg/kg.
Abstract
The experiment was carried out to study the effects of soybean meal extracted com?plex (SMEC) on nutrient apparent metabolic rate and intestinal digestive enzyme activity of broil?ers. Six hundred healthy Avian chicken of 1 day old were randomly divided into 5 treatments, 4 replicates with 30 birds each. The trial diets were added with 0(control), 250, 500, 750 mg/kg and 1 000 mg/kg SMEC respectively in corn-soybean basal diet. The results showed that there were significant differences on nutrient apparent metabolic rate(P<0.05) and digestive enzyme activity(P<0.01) between control group and experimental group. However, both nutrient apparent metabolic rate and intestinal digestive enzyme activity presented slight decreasing tendency(P>0.05) while additive amounts of SMEC reached 1 000 mg/kg. In a word, by comprehensively considering all testing indexes of this study, 500~750 mg/kg SMEC was suggested that the optimal supplementation level to broiler's corn-soybean meal basic diet.
