试验以开发香蕉秸秆饲料资源为目的,探讨了香蕉秸秆与黑籽雀稗按一定比例混合青贮的效果,研究了混合青贮对青贮原料的发酵品质和其营养成分的影响。将收割后的黑籽雀稗和香蕉秸秆进行一定程度风干萎蔫,切碎成1~3 cm小段,分别按照100%黑籽雀稗、100%香蕉秸秆、75%香蕉秸秆+25%黑籽雀稗、50%黑籽雀稗+50%香蕉秸秆的比例设置4个处理,每个处理设3个重复,经过35 d青贮发酵处理后,对青贮饲料进行感官评定及试验室检测。结果表明:黑籽雀稗单独青贮感官评定最优,混合青贮处理稍次之,香蕉秸秆单青贮处理较低,但各处理青贮饲料感官鉴定均为优级。随着黑籽雀稗比例增加混合青贮饲料的pH值升高但乳酸菌菌落数降低(P<0.05),各组乳酸和乙酸含量均低于香蕉秸秆单独处理(P<0.05)。各处理组均检测出丁酸,但含量极低,对青贮品质影响不大;香蕉秸秆单独青贮初水分含量显著高于黑籽雀稗单独青贮(P<0.05),随着黑籽雀稗比例增加初水含量降低;各处理碳水化合物含量差异显著(P<0.05),而干物质、粗纤维、NDF、ADF等含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合感官评定与实验室检测结果可知,黑籽雀稗与香蕉秸秆混合可以降低香蕉秸秆水分含量,减少营养成分流失,有效提高香蕉秸秆青贮品质,黑籽雀稗混合青贮比例达到50%时青贮效果最好。香蕉秸秆单独青贮时最好经过萎蔫失水或与水分含量低的原料混合青贮,以提高青贮品质。
Abstract
This experiment is to exploit stalk feed resources, the results of different mixing ratio of ba?nana stalk and sunspots nutans were recorded to explore the effects on ferment quality and nutri?ents. Harvested sunspots nutans and banana stalk were dired properly, chopped into 1~3 cm. Four treatment groups were set according to the propor?tion of sunspots nutans, 100% sunspots nutans, 100% stalks of bananas, 75% of banana stalk + sun?spot Brome and 50% sunspot Brome + 50% banana stalk. Each treatment contains 3 replicates. After 35 days of fermentation, the sensory evaluation and laboratory test of silage were carried out. The re?sults showed were observed among all groups(P<0.05); However, the content of dry matter, crude fiber, NDF, ADF did not have significant differences(P>0.05). The sensory evaluation score of sunspot brome is the best, the mixed silage treatment is lower, the banana stalk is the lowest, but all groups were ex?cellent. The value of pH were elevated and the number of Lactobacillus were depressed with the pro?moting ratio of sunspots nutans(P<0.05), the content of lactic acid and acetic acid is lower than the 100% banana stalk group(P<0.05), butyric acid is barely few in all groups, no significant differences in fermentation quality due to the content; The content of water is reduced with the promoting ratio of sunspots nutants; With the sensory evaluation and laboratory tests, mixture of banana stalk and sun?spots nutanscan reduce the water content and the loss of nutrients, improves the fermentation quality of banana stalk, with the best ratio of 50%. Fermenting the banana stalk should reduce the water con?tent first or mix with other material which contains fewer water, to get better quality.
