水解单宁酸对蛋鸡肠道健康的影响

为研究水解单宁酸对蛋鸡肠道pH值、酶活和菌群的影响.选取30周龄海兰灰蛋鸡4 000只,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复200只.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%和0.20%的水解单宁酸,试验期4周.结果表明,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组可显著降低蛋鸡十二指肠和空肠内容物的pH值(P<0.05).在肠道酶活方面,与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组对十二指肠和空肠的脂肪酶活性有显著影响(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组对十二指肠和空肠淀粉酶活性有显著影响(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组对回肠的淀粉酶活性有显著影响(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组对十二指肠的蛋白酶活性有显著的影响(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组对十二指肠、空肠和回肠蛋白酶活性有显著影响(P<0.05).在肠道微生物方面,可以使盲肠内有益菌增殖,抑制有害菌的生长,其中试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组差异显著(P<0.05).研究表明,蛋鸡日粮中加入适量的水解单宁酸(1 kg/t)可以有效地降低肠道pH值和提高肠道消化酶活性,增殖有益菌并抑制有害菌,从而达到改善肠道健康的作用.
Effects of hydrolyzed tannin acid on intestinal health of layers
To study the effects of hydrolyzed tannin acid on intestinal pH,enzyme activity and microflora,4 000 30-week-old hyline layers were randomly divided into five groups with four replications,each replication per 200 chickens.Five kinds of diets were fed respectively for four weeks:base diet (control),basal diet + 0.05% hydrolyzed tannin acid,basal diet + 0.10% hydrolyzed tannin acid,basal diet + 0.15% hydrolyzed tannin acid,basal diet + 0.20% hydrolyzed tannin acid.The results showed that on intestine enzyme activity group Ⅱ had a significant effects on lipase activity and amylase activity of duodenum and jejunum (P<0.05).GroupⅢ had a significant effects on amylase activity of ileum (P<0.05).Group Ⅰ had a significant effects on protease activity of duodenum (P<0.05).Group Ⅱ and Ⅲ had a significant effects on protease activity of duodenum,jejunum and ileum (P<0.05).On intestinal microflora,hydrolyzed tannin acid could increase the beneficial bacterium,at the same time,inhibit the beneficial bacterium,group Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P<0.05).Adding hydrolyzed tannin acid (1 kg/t) can decrease intestinal pH,improve the intestinal digestive enzyme activity and intestinal health of layers.
