基于共词可视化枯草芽孢杆菌免疫研究热点分析

基于现代化科技的不断进步,大数据处理也在各个行业掀起了热潮.笔者从事动物营养与饲料科学的研究,将大数据分析软件与自己学科相结合,以“枯草芽孢杆菌”并包含“免疫”为检索对象,在中国知网(CNKI)进行高级检索,得到CNKI包含相关文献总共557篇.文章以共词分析的研究为总体思路,并运用社会网络分析、关键词聚类分析、多维尺度分析等方法,全方位多层次地分析了近几年枯草芽孢杆菌并包含免疫的研究热点及方向.结果表明:根据本次分析结果可知,中国关于枯草芽孢杆菌并包含免疫的研究方向及热点主要集中在以下三个方面:枯草芽孢杆菌对水产动物生长性能、免疫和抗氧化功能的影响;枯草芽孢杆菌对家畜、家禽肠道菌群和免疫器官指数的影响;枯草芽孢杆菌对家畜、家禽生长性能和血清生化指标的影响.笔者推测,学术界对枯草芽孢杆菌将来的研究方向可能为:枯草芽孢杆菌对畜禽生长、免疫相关基因的研究,枯草芽孢杆菌影响畜禽体内酶类分泌的机制和枯草芽孢杆菌对畜禽肠道长度、重量及肠道内容物的研究.
Hot spot analysis of Bacillus subtilis and immune research based on co-word visualization
Based on the continuous progress of modern technology,large data processing was also set off a boom in various industries.The authors engaged in animal nutrition and feed science research,large data analysis software combined with their own disciplines to "Bacillus subtilis" and contains "immune" as the search object,by searching on China Knowledge Network (CNKI),a total of 557 CNKI literature were confained.In this paper,the research of co-word analysis was taken as the general idea,and the methods of social network analysis,keyword clustering analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis were used to analyze the hotspots of Bacillus subtilis in recent years.The results showed that the research directions and hotspots of Bacillus subtilis in China would focus on the following three aspects:the growth performance,immunity and antioxidant function of Bacillus subtilis;the effect of Bacillus subtilis on the intestinal,the influence of Bacillus subtilis on the growth performance and serum biochemical index of livestock and poultry.The author speculated that the future research direction of Bacillus subtilis in this field might be as follows:the growth of Bacillus subtilis on livestock and poultry,immune-related gene,the mechanism of Bacillus subtilis on the secretion of enzymes in livestock and poultry,and the study on the length,weight and content of intestinal contents of the intestine of livestock and poultry by Bacillus subtilis.
