Effects of Compound Microecological Preparations on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance and Immune Function of Mutton Sheep
The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of compound microecological preparations on growth performance, slaughter performance and immune function of mutton sheep.A total of 72 Du-han crossbreed sheep were selected and randomly divided into four groups. The control group was fed the basal diet, and the experimental groups 1,2 and 3 were fed the basal diet with 0.10%,0.20%and 0.40%compound microecological preparation respectively for 60 days. The results showed that,com-pared with the control group, the addition of 0.20%and 0.40%compound microecological preparation to the ration significantly increased the end weight and average daily gain of mutton sheep(P<0.05)and significantly reduced the feed-to-weight ratio of mutton sheep(P<0.05);the addition of 0.20%and 0.40%compound microecological preparation to the ration significantly increased the net meat weight of carcass, carcass weight and slaughter rate of mutton sheep(P<0.05);the addition of 0.20%and 0.40%compound microecological preparation to the ration significantly increased IgA,IgG,IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α contents in the serum of mutton sheep(P<0.05).In summary, the addition of compound micro-ecological preparations to the diets can effectively promote the growth performance of mutton sheep and improve their slaughter performance and organism immunity.Considering the economic benefits of hus-bandry,the recommended amount of compound microecological preparation in mutton sheep di-ets is 0.20%.
